ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students are expected to attend their scheduled weekly lesson whenever possible.
If a student will be absent, parents should notify the program as soon as possible. Advance notice of at least 24 hours is appreciated whenever possible.
Regular attendance is important for student progress and for maintaining consistent group instruction.
Missed lessons do not qualify for tuition refunds or credits.
Tuition reserves your child's place in the program and is not based on attendance at individual lessons.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Enrollment is month-to-month.
Families may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice via email at least 30 days before the desired withdrawal date.
Tuition already paid is non-refundable.
If tuition has already been processed for the upcoming month, the student may continue participating through the end of the paid tuition period.
Failure to attend lessons does not automatically cancel enrollment. Written notice is required to discontinue participation in the program.
MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed.
When advance notice is provided, a make-up lesson may be offered if space is available in another group and scheduling permits.
Make-up lessons are provided as a courtesy and are subject to instructor availability.
Missed lessons due to student absences generally do not qualify for refunds, credits, or guaranteed make-up lessons.
Lessons missed due to instructor absence will be rescheduled or credited.
