🎹 How To Enroll & Tuition Payments

Here's exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Step 1, Reach Out to Get Started

Before anything else, send us an email to introduce yourself and your student. We'll confirm availability, answer any questions, and get your family set up in our system.

Step 2, We'll Confirm Your Spot

Once we receive your email, we'll review your request and personally approve your enrollment. You'll hear back from us within 1 bussines day with confirmation that your student has been added to our roster.

This step ensures every student gets the attention and scheduling they deserve, no automated signups here.

Step 3, Set Up Your Monthly Subscription

We want the payment process to be as smooth and stress-free as your child's lessons.

After you're approved, we'll send you a link to enroll in our automatic monthly tuition payment through PayPal. Payments are processed on the same date each month, so you never have to think about it again.

Tuition is $120/month, due on the 1st of each month.

Once your first payment processes, you're officially enrolled! 🎉

Step 4, You're on the Calendar!

After your payment is confirmed, we'll manually add your student to the lesson calendar and booking roster. You'll receive a welcome message with your scheduled lesson day, time, and any next steps.

A Quick Note on Late Payments

Tuition is due on the same day each month via your PayPal subscription. If a payment is late, a late fee may apply. If you ever run into a billing issue, please reach out to us directly, we're happy to work through it with you.
